Precious Memories how they linger, how they flood my soul...
The blessed existence of life on earth for Deacon Eddie Dent, Jr. began on July 16, 1945, when

Eddie accepted Christ at an early age in Youngstown, Ohio. Upon moving to Houston, Eddie
attended McGee Chapel, Mt Corinth Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Daniel
Edwards where he sang in the choir. Eddie was a founding member of True Faith Baptist church
where he also sung in the choir, sung in a men's group with his brothers called the True Faith
