Evangelina Rodriguez

Evangelina Rodriguez, age 90, passed away peacefully August 6, 2023 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Born July 18, 1933 to Evangelina Martinez and Armando Martinez in Galveston Tx, also where "Angie" had her four children. Later on in Life she met and married her husband Robert L Rodriguez whom she shared 41 years of marriage with . Evangelina was employed at UTMB and Moody Gardens for many years . Some of her favorite things to do were sew , watch novelas , do her puzzles and most of all spend time with her family! Angie will be sadly and sorely missed by her family. She will be remembered for having a BIG heart , sweet smile and her dedication to her family. She was a beloved wife , mother , momo, sister, aunt and friend!

Angie was preceded in death by her loving husband Robert L Rodriguez , her parents and her son . She is survived by her Daughter, two sons , grandchildren, great grandchildren , great great grandchildren, other family members and friends.

Angie and her family will receive visitors beginning at 6pm, Thursday August 17th, 2023 at Bay Area Funeral Home 5410 FM 1765, State Hwy 3, Texas City Tx 77591.

Friday August 18, 2023 visitation will be from 11am-12pm , Service will start at Noon at Bay Area Funeral Home , after the service Angie will be buried at Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Galveston, Tx .
