Jack Carleton Marshall

Jack Carleton Marshall born on September 5, 1953 passed away on January 4, 2024 holding his wife's hand surrounded by his children and grandchildren. He was the husband of Laurinne Marshall. They shared fifty wonderful years together. Born in St. Petersburg, Florida, he was the son of Hazel Celeste and Ira Jackson Marshall.

Jack loved his family, music, art, books, nature, and animals. He was happy traveling on his many adventures or just walking down the road to discover new plants, animals, or bugs. He never met a stranger. His wry sense of humor, quick wit, and encyclopedic knowledge will be missed.

He is survived by Laurinne Marshall, sister Bess Kennedy, children Kaeri Steinbach spouse Tressa Steinbach, Ira Marshall spouse Iris Marshall, Aubrey Marshall spouse Melissa Galicia. Grandchildren Eric Steinbach spouse Serena Woods, Dylan Steinbach spouse Jennifer Steinbach, Alexys Steinbach, Jaxon Steinbach, Devin Hearne spouse Gabriella Hearne, Erial Hallock spouse Frank Hallock, Taij Hearne, Ira Marshall, Kamren Marshall, Joshua Marshall, Marley Marshall. His great grandchildren Ember Steinbach, Ezra Steinbach, Elliott Steinbach, Elijah Steinbach, Raiden Steinbach, Zadie Hearne, Bryson Hearne, Thea Hearne, Alora Hearne, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Jack's celebration of life will be held on January 21, 2024 at Pioneer House in LaMarque, Texas from 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm.
