Mamie Marie Larry Obituary (1982 - 2022)

Mamie Marie Larry, 39 years of age, passed away January 17, 2022 at Mainland Hospital in Texas City, Texas. Mamie was born in Galveston, Texas to mother, Dorthy Larry but raised by her grandparents. Mamie attended Ball High School in Galveston where she graduated with Honors at the top of her class. Before she became ill, she had enrolled to become a Peace Officer. Even though sick, Mamie enrolled in online culinary art classes. She enjoyed playing all sorts of games as well as cooking and reading. Most of all, she loved to be with her family. She will always be remembered by the everlasting love that she showed and offered help when she couldn't help herself. She was the BEST sister anyone could have. She was OUR biggest supporter. Mamie is survived by her daughter, Nevaeh Hernandez; brothers, Randy Larry (Lashey), Frank and Bennie Larry; sisters, Brandy and Tiffany Larry; nieces and nephews, Shacorya and Jahoric Casimere, Kayden Larry, Riley Larry, Alexandria Larry, Timothy Larry, Jovanna Larry (Dwight Statum), Dennis Clemons (Kaitlin Southern), Leanna Willis, Amayah Washington, Braylon Larry, Dayon Larry, Dayonia Larry, Jesse Flim, Cashmeire King, Quriana Jobe, Xavier Larry and Knowledge Sanders; great-nieces and nephews, Juakhyrhine Casimere, Royce Larry, Amari Statum and Jayvon Clemons; cousins, Phillip Evans, Eddie Smith, Betty Smith and Lawrence Jackson along with a host of other family members and friends. She is predeceased by her loved ones: grandparents, Elizabeth and Frank Collins; uncles, Joseph, Harry and Ronald Chambers and aunt, Enda Collins.
