Ora Faye Alexander Obituary (1944 - 2017)

Ora Faye Alexander passed away on Monday, April 17, 2017 at Clear Lake Regional Hospital in Webster, TX. She was born on December 21, 1944 in Angelina County, Texas to Cleotha Alexander and Doris Gibson Alexander. She was raised in Galveston and La Marque, TX and was a member of the Central High School Class of 1963. She worked in her adult life in the Home Health industry as a provider. She is preceded in death by her parents and her only son, Torin S. Alexander. She is survived by her daughter, Gloria Ballard-Boone and her beloved granddaughter, Trazmin L. Boone. She is also survived by her brother, Kenneth Wright; sister, Rhonda Foreman (Blake); nieces, Katrina Raynaud, Jasmine Reynaud-Fougere (Dean); nephew, Lloyd Reynaud III; devoted cousin, J. D. Gibson (Charmaine) and a host of cousins, extended family and friends. A visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 29, 2017 followed by a celebration of her life at 11:00 a.m. Both services will be held at Bay Area Funeral Directors 5410 FM 1765 Texas City, TX 77591. A burial ceremony will follow at Rising Star Cemetery. Pastor Roderick Reeves of New Creation Family Worship Center will be the officiant. Memorials may be sent to the funeral home.
