Ri'Shard Lowell Kelly Obituary (1999 - 2023)

Ri'shard Lowell Kelly age 24 was born January 8th, 1999, in Galveston Texas to Richard Kelly and Kimberly Toliver. He was loved and cherished by his family. His smile was full of life and could easily be contagious. He was an outgoing, super high energy type of teen. He had a passion for football which he was really good at! He played for the Hitchcock Red Raiders and the Dickinson Gators which he showed that he was a valuable team player and loved to be on the field. Our dear one Ri'shard departed his life on February 6th, 2023, after a long 8-year road trying to recover from a car accident which caused his life to be severely altered. He stepped across the threshold into one of the many mansions of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ house. He is at peace with God now and rejoicing in his Heavenly home. To God Be The Glory! He was preceded in death by his grandfather Thomas Ray Kelley and his Great Grandmother Ella Marie Toliver, Great Grandfather and Great Grandmother Lovie and Noma Lee Oliver. Survivors celebrating and cherishing his life memories are: his mother Kimberly Toliver, his father Richard Kelly, his grandmother's Irma Moore and Valerie Toliver, his grandfather Michael Leon Stinson, his sisters Kishara Lee, Cliche' Coleman, Ryly Kelly, and Ronni Kelly. His brother Donnell Ziegler, his niece Cailani Rose and his nephews Levi and Milo, along with a host of Uncles, Auntie's, Cousins, and Friends. There will be a visitation held on Saturday, February 18, 2023 at 10am with a church service to begin at 11am. Services will will be held at St. Johns Baptist Church located at 2901 Sealy Ave, Galveston, Texas 77550 "The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, And He delighteth in his way. Though he falls, he shall not be utterly cast down. For the Lord upholdeth him with his hand." Psalm 37: 23-24
