Shantanna Miles

Shantanna Miles, 50, of Baton Rouge passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 14, 2024 in Houston, Texas. God opened his arms and welcomed his child home. She loved getting her hair and nails done, also eating out at her favorite restaurants Cheddars and La Brisa.She was a daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and a significant other. She was a shining light, full of humor and laughs from the heart and soul. Shan was the kind of person that could make anyone her best friend in a matter of minutes. She was the listening ear when you needed a shoulder to cry on and gave the best advice to almost any problem you were facing. One of the greatest things about Shantanna is she became one of the best grandmothers anyone could ask for she loved her grandkids.

Shantanna R. Miles was born October 30, 1973, to Lee Miles and Jesse Riley in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She attended Glen Oaks High School where she graduated. She leaves her cherished memories with her children Kevin Miles, Kewon Miles, Keondra Miles, Kentrall Miles and Kendall Miles. Boyfriend Antoine Pasley, fifteen grandchildren, as well as numerous extended family members and friends.

She’s preceded in death by her father Lee Miles, kids father Kendall Johnson, husband Johnathan Hall, aunt Joyce and grandmother Millie Gordon.
